Success does not come easy. Over the years, as the world is changing, the company has had to cope with the changing environment. For one, what obtains in 1886 is not obtainable today. Thus, there is need to change and adapt to a new environment. There are three factors that I will like to focus on in this essay. They are globalization, technology and natural resources.

Globalization

Due to the size of the company, the company operates locally in 200 countries. However, these local companies are still under the same community and the same rules and policies govern them. This has afforded the company a global edge. As part of its global impact, the Coca-Cola Company has over 800 plants across the world that employs people from the various local communities thereby incorporating them into a universal body.

Technology

As time goes, technology changes. For a company like Coca-Cola Company, much attention is given on technology. Over the years, the company have had to change/or upgrade its technology. For instance, with the growing demand for the various products of the company, the company has to meet demand at a lesser time. Thus, the technology has to be changed or upgraded. As demands for products increase, the need for improvement on technology increases.

Natural Resources

To ensure productivity and maximize cost of production, one factor that the Coca-Cola Company has had to consider is the availability of natural resources. With over 800 plants across the world, there is the need to ensure that supply and maximization of natural resources. For instance, there is the need to acquire an expanse of land to site the plant, water to produce products and other forms of natural resources has to be readily available. This is an essential factor to be considered in order to ensure the overall success of production.
